Welcome to my first blog on FM15! Today I'll be covering US Sassuolo Calcio who play in the Serie A Tim in Italy.

The Club
Sassuolo is a Italian club who play in the Serie A. They were founded in 1922 and have had quite the spectacular climb through the Italian tiers the last couple of years. Only 7 years ago, they were playing in the Serie C1, and last year they already managed to survive in the Serie A. Their nickname is I Neroverdi, which means "The Black-Greens". They play their matches in a 20000 all-seater called 'The Mapei Arena'.
Football Manager
Of course the most interesting part of this all is: Why should I play them on Football Manager 2015? Well, they have a young squad, above average facilities and the board is willing to give in on most of your demands. You are expected to finish mid-table but that should be easy. In my first three seasons, I managed to finish in the top half and from then on, the squad became one of the top teams in Italy with a Scudetto in 2018! You will start off with 10,5 Million Euro's in transfer budget and no wage budget left, but if you alter your expectations, you'll have 14 mil and 65k per week left to spend on your squad!
The first team
For a team that has to finish mid-table, you have a abnormally good squad. Loads of young talents and two potential world class strikers. You might need to bring in a right winger and a backup central defender, but apart from that, the team is ready to take on the challenge.
